I've posted my review of Jeffrey Rosen's The Supreme Court: The Personalities and Rivalries that Defined America over at Spot-on.
There is a lot more to say about the book than the 1,000 words or so I put in that review, but I'll wait to see if other reviewers say it before I carry on about it here on the blog.
The book has little to say about Justice William Brennan but, as I was reading Rosen, Jim Newton published this terrific three-part series about Brennan over at Slate, and it really brought some clarity to my thinking about the book and the issues it raises.
