A second edition of Paul Ekman's Emotions Revealed comes out this spring. I've not read the book (and probably won't), but I have read Malcolm Gladwell's essay about Ekman's work and it is fascinating.The hook line from Gladwell's article: "Can you read people's thoughts just by looking at them?"
For Ekman, the answer is Yes.
And, it seems, he can train others to do so as well. Imagine the applications and implications.
