In September, I went to the Writer's Police Academy (my third time!), and went to a presentation by thriller writer and explosives expert John Gilstrap. He was such an entertaining presenter that I just had to read one of his books. At the autographing at the end of the weekend, I picked up Threat Warning, which was a middle book in his Jonathan Graves thriller series.
