Chris Priestley is the author of the Tales of Terror series which won the Dracula Society's Children of the Night Award for best book with a Gothic horror theme.His most recent books are Mister Creecher and The Dead of Winter.
Priestly is also an illustrator, painter and cartoonist.

Like all the best short stories, the premise is a simple one: a boy on his sick bed feels that his body is being taken over by more than a mere disease.
