Sandra Howard's 6 best books

Sandra Howard (nee Paul) was one of the leading fashion models of the 1960s, appearing on the cover of American Vogue two months running. She worked as a freelance journalist alongside modelling, before turning to novel writing. Howard's sixth and latest novel is The Consequence of Love. One of her six best books, as shared at the Daily Express:
ANY HUMAN HEART by William Boyd

A great read. It covers one man’s ups and downs from the early 1900s through to the millennium and has him meeting great names of our time. The author gave a talk at my son’s school and was very entertaining.
Read about another book on the list.

Any Human Heart also appears among John O’Farrell's top ten celebrity appearances in fiction, Eoin Colfer's six favorite books, and John Mullan's ten best novels about novelists.
