Anthony Browne's 6 best books

Anthony Browne has written more than forty books for children including Gorilla and Little Beauty and is a recipient of the Hans Christian Andersen Award for services to children’s literature.

Last year he named his six best books for the Daily Express. One title on the list:
Dracula
by Bram Stoker

A horror novel that many of us think we’ve read when in fact we haven’t. Stoker’s tale is surprisingly modern, telling the dark, erotic story from different viewpoints, in a series of personal journals and press reports that allow us to piece together various bits of evidence.
Read about another book on the list.

Dracula is one of Arthur Phillips' six favorite books set in places that their authors never visited.
